Consultation

This process is handled in multiple steps. What you can expect is:

  1. A phone interview Q&A
  2. A tour of your home
  3. Consultation questions to learn if and how I can best serve you.

Determining Value

Most people think Realtors price homes, the process is actually more involved. A professional advisor uses the information from the consultation and applies what is currently happening in the market to provide a range of value that your home could sell for, but you make all the decisions.

Pre-Listing

I walk the home and help you make decisions around the best use of time and resources to help get your home in the best condition possible before you present it to the market. This part of the process is very important as it will determine how buyers perceive the value of your home.

Marketing

Your home's first impression to the public is one of the most important parts of selling. The first few weeks of marketing your home is where you have the most impact.  Having a process that is intentional is key when marketing your home. This is an area in which I excel, I am happy to go over this more in person.

Receiving Offers

This is where having a professional advisor to coach and negotiate is priceless. I will help you understand all aspects , pros and cons , as well as provide  advice based on past transactions and experience. I will help guide you through understanding all offers as well as negotiate on your behalf. Your priorities will be my priorities throughout the transaction, for some people it is money, for others it is time.

Closing

Once you have accepted an offer, this is where my team and I really get to work. We work closely with the title and escrow officers, lenders, appraisers, and any contractors working on this transaction. You can expect us to coordinate and show up to all appointments and recommend professionals, if desired. My relationship and commitment doesn't end at closing. I will be here to help with all of your transition needs. If you are moving out of state, I can help with that too.
